Nooch Sauce

Oh-So Quick, but full of B vitamins and really, really yummmm!

Serves 2

Put a pan on a medium heat.
Add a tablespoon of butter and a heaped teaspoon of garlic puree and allow the garlic to cook for a moment.
Add a tablespoon of flour and stir with a wooden spoon until you form a roux*.
Add two tablespoons of Nooch, a few glugs of vegan Worcestershire sauce, plus seasoning, mixing well.
Keep stirring and add milk or cream alternative a glug at a time until you have the consistency you want.
Sprinkle in chipotle flakes and you're done!

Serve mixed through pasta or just eat it with a spoon.

My favourite way to make a quick meal with this sauce is to add sliced muchrooms at the beginning of cooking (at the same time as the garlic). It tastes so good and is ready in the time it takes the pasta to cook.

Variations:
Use to make 'mac and cheese' and/or cauliflower cheese.
Also tastes great (and gives even more nutrients) when mixed with leftover cauliflower mince.
